Your Shape Wii is a new era of fitness games for the Wii. It features a camera which gives you instant feedback on your body shape, allowing you to pick the areas you want to target on your body right on screen. When doing exercises, it tells you exactly where your body should be positioned, giving you an on-screen shadow to match your body up with!
Although it doesn’t use the Wii Fit Balance board, it is setting the bar for a new type of fitness game for the Wii. Giving you instant VISUAL feedback is the key to what will make this game a success.
It comes bundled with the camera, allowing you to not have to purchase anything else.

Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010 is going to be way cooler than the 2009 version. The first version, the 2009 version, was hit hard by critics and casual users alike, for it’s cartoonish feel, and lack of great features. But, there weren’t many Wii Fitness games out at that time, and so many people bought the game because there weren’t a whole lot of options out there.
In 2010, it’s all different. There are a bunch of fitness games for the Wii Fit Balance board that have been released in the last year, and this fall has been being set to be released. Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010 needs to set itself apart, and I think it will.
It features a life-like Jillian Michaels on screen… not a cartoonish trainer. It has a brand new “Resolutions Mode” which will allow you to set your goals, and plan your workout routines for the next 6 months in order to help you to stay on track!
It also features a fantastic mix of both cardio training exercises and strength training exercises that will help you to lose weight and burn fat faster than before! Studies show that combining cardio and strength training, you get maximum results! (Doing just cardio or just strength training may show some results, but they won’t be lasting or as rapid.)
They’ve really taken the time to add more exercises that can utilize the balance board, as well as improving all of the motions tracking throughout the game and it’s various exercises.
